• I already have a Tapestry account. How do I buy PAAP?
  • Before you begin, ensure you have your Tapestry account ID to hand. You will need to enter this at the time of purchase.
  • You can purchase PAAP on this page.
  • Use the code ‘Tapestry20’ for 20% off the price of the physical or digital pack. This offer runs from 27/08/26 – 23/10/26.
  • When you place your order, please provide us with your Tapestry account ID. If you have any questions with regard to providing this please email us on [email protected].

• I already have PAAP. How do I buy Tapestry?
  • Purchase a Tapestry account through their packages page. Once set up, please email us on [email protected] and provide us with your Tapestry account ID. We will then get in touch with Tapestry to let them know to activate your Physical Activity Adventure Pack on your account. Please allow 5 working days for this to be actioned.

• Where do I find my Tapestry account ID?
  • Login to the browser version of Tapestry. Navigate to Help > Account > Overview. Your account ID will be located at the bottom of this page.

• How much does PAAP cost?
  • A hard copy of the Physical Activity Adventure Pack costs £349.
  • The digital pack for Tapestry accounts costs £199

• How much does Tapestry cost?
  • You can find a list of their packages and prices through their website.

• How do I claim the discount when buying PAAP?
  • When you purchase a pack, use the code ‘Tapestry20’ for 20% off during the promotional period. This offer runs from 27/08/26 – 23/10/26.
  • This applies to the physical and digital pack during this promotional period.

• Will I be told when PAAP has been enabled on my Tapestry account?
  • Yes! You will receive an automated email to confirm when PAAP is available on your Tapestry account.

• Where will I find PAAP on my Tapestry account?
  • Once enabled, the pack can be found through the Activities feature. Go to Planning & Monitoring > Activities > Tapestry’s Activity Collection. You can also filter the ‘Category’ to Physical Activity Adventure Pack.

• How do I add PAAP to My Activities Collection on Tapestry?
  • When you’re in Tapestry’s Activity Collection, click the cog icon under the pack and choose ‘Add to our activities collection’.

• How do I contact Tapestry?

• I bought PAAP within the promotional period but didn’t get the discount. What do I do?
  • Email us at [email protected] with confirmation of purchase within the valid promotional dates and with your Tapestry account ID. We will then confirm the next steps.
